He is a member of the DC Metro Business Leadership Network where he serves on the advisory board and co-chair of the Disability Supplier Diversity Committee. He is a member of the U.S. International Council on Disabilities and the Gartner Research Circle. He served on the World Bank Community of Practice for Access to Justice for Persons with Disabilities and the board of directors and corporate advisory board for Jubilee Jobs, Inc. A CPA and graduate of the University of Kentucky, Rick has served as Vice President for Administration for the Mortgage Bankers Association of America; Director of Administration and Finance and Secretary-Treasurer of the National Governors Association; Controller of the Council of State Governments; and in the practice of public accounting.
